By downloading or using Battery Saver Plus (“App”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use. We may update these Terms and will post revisions in-app and on this page—continued use means acceptance.

• Battery diagnostics, optimization profiles, and safety guards.
• System resource insights (CPU, RAM, storage) and recommendations.
• Usage analytics, charge forecasting, and cleanup utilities.
• Optional notifications for low battery, thermal alerts, and completed optimizations.

• Use the App for lawful purposes and follow local regulations.
• Avoid reverse engineering or interfering with service operations.
• Keep your device secure and control who can access the App.
• Ensure permissions granted align with your organization’s policies.

Key permissions include:

• Battery usage & optimization access.
• Usage statistics to detect high-drain applications.
• System overlay/automation toggles for specific OEM features.

Revoking permissions may degrade or disable certain modules, but you can adjust them at any time in Android settings.

• App is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties.
• We cannot guarantee specific battery life gains or uptime.
• You are responsible for backing up important data prior to cleanup operations.
• Device compatibility varies; some OEM firmware may block automation hooks.

All branding, UI components, text, and software are owned by the Battery Saver Plus team. You may not copy, modify, resell, or redistribute the App without written permission. Copyright and trademark notices must remain intact.

• Running the App on rooted devices for malicious automation.
• Scraping or harvesting data about other users.
• Injecting malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
• Attempting to breach servers, APIs, or admin consoles.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination you must uninstall the App, though clauses concerning intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, and liability survive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Battery Saver Plus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for any loss of data, profits, or device functionality arising from use of the App or third-party integrations. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers and affiliates from any claims or expenses stemming from your use of the App, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s home jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that region.

Material updates will be communicated via in-app notices and the “Last updated” date above. Reviewing this page periodically ensures you stay informed.
